Important: Prohori helps reduce your child's exposure to harmful websites, but no content filter is 100% effective. Prohori is a tool to assist parents — not a substitute for parental supervision. গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: প্রহরী আপনার সন্তানের ক্ষতিকর ওয়েবসাইটের সংস্পর্শ কমাতে সাহায্য করে, তবে কোনো কনটেন্ট ফিল্টার শতভাগ কার্যকর নয়। প্রহরী অভিভাবকদের সহায়ক একটি টুল — অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানের বিকল্প নয়।

1. Acceptance of these terms১. এই শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ

By installing or using Prohori ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Prohori is provided by O2A AI Research, Innovation & Solutions Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). প্রহরী ("অ্যাপ") ইনস্টল বা ব্যবহার করে আপনি এই সেবার শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হন। সম্মত না হলে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করবেন না। প্রহরী সরবরাহ করে O2A AI Research, Innovation & Solutions Pty Ltd ("আমরা")।

2. What Prohori is২. প্রহরী কী

Prohori is a parental-control app that filters DNS lookups on a child's Android device to block adult, gambling, and other harmful websites, with optional remote management by a paired parent device and tamper alerts. Filtering runs on the device; we do not monitor or record your child's browsing (see our Privacy Policy). প্রহরী একটি অভিভাবক-নিয়ন্ত্রণ অ্যাপ যা সন্তানের অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ডিভাইসে DNS লুকআপ ফিল্টার করে প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক, জুয়া ও অন্যান্য ক্ষতিকর ওয়েবসাইট ব্লক করে, ঐচ্ছিকভাবে যুক্ত অভিভাবক ডিভাইস থেকে দূর-নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও হস্তক্ষেপ সতর্কতা সহ। ফিল্টারিং ডিভাইসেই চলে; আমরা সন্তানের ব্রাউজিং পর্যবেক্ষণ বা রেকর্ড করি না (আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি দেখুন)।

3. Who may use it৩. কে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন

You must be an adult (18+), be the parent or legal guardian of the child whose device you configure (or have that parent's authorization), and use the app only for the lawful protection of a child in your care. You may not use Prohori to unlawfully surveil, stalk, or control any person, or on a device you are not authorized to manage. আপনাকে প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক (১৮+) হতে হবে, যে সন্তানের ডিভাইস কনফিগার করছেন তার অভিভাবক হতে হবে (বা সেই অভিভাবকের অনুমতি থাকতে হবে), এবং শুধুমাত্র আপনার তত্ত্বাবধানে থাকা সন্তানের বৈধ সুরক্ষার জন্য অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করতে হবে। প্রহরী কোনো ব্যক্তির উপর বেআইনি নজরদারি, পিছু নেওয়া বা নিয়ন্ত্রণে, অথবা যে ডিভাইস পরিচালনার অনুমতি আপনার নেই তাতে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

4. No guarantee — filtering is not perfect৪. কোনো নিশ্চয়তা নেই — ফিল্টারিং নিখুঁত নয়

No content filter can block everything. New and unknown sites appear constantly; some harmful content may not be blocked, and some safe sites may be blocked. Filtering can also be bypassed — for example if a device sets a "Private DNS" / DoH server, uses a VPN, a browser with its own DNS, or if protection or device administration is turned off. Prohori reduces exposure; it does not guarantee your child will never reach harmful content. Continue to supervise your child's online activity. কোনো কনটেন্ট ফিল্টার সবকিছু ব্লক করতে পারে না। নতুন ও অজানা সাইট প্রতিনিয়ত আসে; কিছু ক্ষতিকর কনটেন্ট ব্লক নাও হতে পারে, আবার কিছু নিরাপদ সাইট ব্লক হতে পারে। ফিল্টারিং এড়ানোও যায় — যেমন ডিভাইসে "প্রাইভেট DNS"/DoH সেট করা, ভিপিএন বা নিজস্ব DNS-যুক্ত ব্রাউজার ব্যবহার, অথবা সুরক্ষা বা ডিভাইস অ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেশন বন্ধ করা হলে। প্রহরী সংস্পর্শ কমায়; আপনার সন্তান কখনো ক্ষতিকর কনটেন্টে পৌঁছাবে না তা নিশ্চিত করে না। সন্তানের অনলাইন কার্যকলাপ তত্ত্বাবধান করতে থাকুন।

Prohori uses Android's VpnService to run a local, on-device DNS filter (it is not a remote VPN and does not route your traffic through our servers) and, optionally, Device Administrator to make the app harder for a child to uninstall. You can turn Device Administration off at any time in Android Settings. Prohori is currently free. We may add paid features in the future; if we do, the price and terms will be shown before you subscribe. The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that filtering will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. অ্যাপটি "যেমন আছে" ও "যেমন উপলব্ধ" ভিত্তিতে, কোনো ধরনের ওয়ারেন্টি ছাড়াই সরবরাহ করা হয় — সুস্পষ্ট বা অন্তর্নিহিত, নির্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যে উপযোগিতা এবং নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত পরিচালনা সহ। ফিল্টারিং সম্পূর্ণ, নির্ভুল বা নিরবচ্ছিন্ন হবে তা আমরা নিশ্চয়তা দিই না।

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from content that was not blocked, from the filter being bypassed or disabled, or from service interruptions. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above.
